These Terms govern your use of the TokPilot platform, operated by TokPilot Digital Strategy — Brazilian Microentrepreneur (MEI), Tax ID (CNPJ) 60.750.422/0001-06. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
TokPilot is a data intelligence platform for TikTok Shop, bringing together tools for trends, competitors, products, reviews, comments, AI content generation, and margin analysis. Results are informational and support decision-making; we do not guarantee commercial outcomes.
2. Account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us of any unauthorized use. You must be 18 or older.
3. Credits and payment
- Access to tools works through prepaid credits: each action consumes an amount of credits.
- Current packs and prices are shown in the platform. Card payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe; Pix credit payments are processed by Asaas.
- Credits do not expire while the account is active and are not convertible to cash.
- Promotional bonuses may carry specific conditions.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the service for unlawful purposes; violate third-party rights or TikTok's guidelines; attempt to bypass limits, resell, or improperly automate access; or compromise the platform's security. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
5. Intellectual property
The platform, brand, code, and content belong to TokPilot or its licensors. You keep ownership of the content you generate and grant us only what is needed to operate the service.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Third-party data (such as TikTok's) may vary in availability and accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokPilot is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from use. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.
7. Cancellation
You may close your account anytime. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. We may terminate or suspend access in case of a breach of these Terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with venue in Palhoça/SC, subject to any consumer venue rights provided by law.
